5 Year Anniversary

Happy Anniversary to Znimka Creations!

This is our anniversary month and I cannot believe it’s been 5 years.  A lot has happened since March, 2016, and I’m truly amazed at how far I’ve come!

When I first launched my business, I didn’t realize how much I had to learn.  I didn’t know much about billings and invoicing, Mac computers, Duplicate finding software, InDesign or Lightroom.  What I did know, was that I absolutely love photos and the stories they tell.  I love creating photobooks for my family and experience pure joy when a new book comes in and my kids tear apart the packaging to look through the book.  There is something truly magical about holding a book in your hands and seeing the year in review in print.

So, I got busy learning.  I learned how to organize photos on a Mac (before even purchasing one myself).  I shadowed an expert in print organizing.  I worked with coaches to better understand the programs used in digital organizing.  I took a training on Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.  I attended conferences for Photo Organizers. I learned how to create elegant photobooks in InDesign and tested multiple vendors to find the best product with competitive pricing.

I now have a skill set that helps me do my job quickly and efficiently - saving my clients time and money.

As I celebrate 5 years of being in business I look fondly back on the journey, and feel so blessed for all the support I have received from the friends who encouraged me along the way, as well as the clients who trusted me with their collections.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

My original premise and mission statement revolved around every household having their captured photos in a book instead of trapped on their phones.  So, in acknowledgement of my beginnings, I am offering a free 50 page photo book (approximately 80-100 pages) to one lucky winner.  This will be a 10 x 10 layflat book with an acrylic cover, custom designed by yours truly and gifted to YOU!
